HeDPAC works to address the multifaceted challenges faced by the health workforce of the Africa and the Caribbean regions, including education, employment, deployment, retention, and performance. Through South-South partnership, HeDPAC will facilitate the sharing of innovative solutions and best practices between the two regions.

HeDPAC works towards building resilient health systems capable of withstanding the climate crisis and other emerging threats with a particular emphasis on robust primary health care.
Local Manufacturing of Medical Products
HeDPAC promotes advances in technology transfer to enhance self-reliance, improved access to quality and affordable medical products with increased regulatory capacity in the Africa and the Caribbean regions. It leverages on the Pharmaceutical Equity for Global Health Initiative, particularly in the local manufacturing of medical products.

Who We Are
